Rovaniemi – The Best of Both Worlds
Rovaniemi is the capital of Finnish Lapland – a lively city in the middle of wilderness. Here is the largest conference capacity in Lapland and a huge selection of activities available for time off.

Saariselkä – Flicker of Gold
Peace of the wilderness and the age-old culture of Sámi are present. Saariselkä has excellent meeting facilities for bigger or smaller conferences. Here one may even find some golden nuggets, who knows…

Olos-Ylläs – Tranquility of Western Lapland
A true hideaway in the middle of nowhere has a state-of-the-art auditorium and first-class options for accommodation. Surrounding fells offer great opportunities for some outdoor sports.

Levi – A Lively Oasis in the Wilderness
A modern resort with an 18-hole golf course and over 40 pistes offers something for everyone. Levi is also the party capital of Lapland, especially during wintertime.

Activities
Snowmobile Safari
Snowmobile safaris vary in duration from couple of hours to several days. No previous driving experience is needed as our guides instruct the drivers on handling of snowmobiles. All participants are equipped with proper driving gear to keep them warm.

Husky Ride
Husky rides and safaris are an exciting and vivid way to explore the nature of Lapland in winter. Durations of the ride vary from couple of minutes to several days. Husky rides can be enjoyed individually or combined to another activity as a transport method.

Reindeer Safari
The most traditional way of transport in Lapland is not the fastest method available, but still one of the funniest. Reindeer safaris vary in duration.

Snowshoe Treks
Sporty or peacefully, snowshoeing is the way to explore the nature in a cosy way, at one’s own pace.

Ice Fishing
Fishing through a hole in the ice is an unforgettable experience for any fisherman or -woman.

Ice-breaker Cruise
Ice-breaker cruise is an excellent possibility to combine unforgettable moments and an inspiring conference. After a couple of hour’s passage through ice the passengers get to dip into the freezing cold sea wearing a warm floating suit.

Ice Karting and Rally Driving
Every motorsport fan is thrilled by the speed and excitement that an ice karting race or a winter driving school can offer. For those who want to feel the real speed onboard a rally car there is also an opportunity to co-driving with experienced rally pilots.

Skiing
Cross-country or downhill skiing – you name it, we got it. With our skiing instructors participants learn the basics of cross-country skiing in a peaceful forest, and for more experienced skiers there are hundreds of kilometers of tracks to enjoy. Our more downhill-oriented guests will certainly appreciate the slopes and pistes of various skiing resorts.

Ballooning
Experiencing the absolute silence when gliding across the sky will provide lifetime memories. Hot air ballooning is a great way to get loose from the hurry and the stress of everyday life.

Helicopter
Whether one needs transportation or just wants to cruise around, a helicopter ride is the way to go. Skiing enthusiasts will certainly be interested in heli-ski possibilities – fly wherever you want to and come down on your own.

Snow Fun
Tandem skiing, mini ski-doo racing, quad bike racing, snow tubing, snow sculpting… Did you even know how many things one can do with the snow?

Ice Swimming
Ice swimming is quite popular hobby in Finland and it is believed to have a healing effect. It is certainly the coolest experience Lapland has to offer, but it takes some courage to dip into the ice cold water!

Snowhow
Ever wanted to build a real igloo on your own? Under the guidance of professional instructors group will build their own igloos and sleep the following night inside them.

Snow Theatre
A classical auditorium built of snow under the open sky. Snow theatre is a great place to enjoy, for example, of movies or power point shows: the picture is shown on a white screen as the audience sits in the snow benches with reindeer skins to keep them warm.

Arctic Disco
Dancefloor of snow and a bar made of ice guarantee that there is no other place like this. The area can be decorated with pyrotechnics, mirrored balls, company’s logo banners or anything else you can imagine.

Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is a great way to explore and observe the arctic nature in the summer. In some skiing resorts great efforts have been made to prepare and mark routes especially for mountain bikers.

Hiking
Lapland is known for its hiking trails. One may travel on remote paths on their own or follow guided tours through the wilderness. Traditional everyman’s rights offer everyone free access to Finland’s forests, both public and privately owned.

Golf
Hole in one in the midnight sun? Lapland has various golf courses to satisfy even the most demanding enthusiasts.

Fishing
Crystal clear lakes and rivers of Lapland offer great opportunities to fishermen. Salmon and other game fish are waiting to be caught in natural settings and fish farms.

Quad Driving
Quadbikes are the summertime equivalent for snowmobiles. One can enjoy quad safaris of various lengths or try their skills on shorter driving experiences like quad races and skill tracks.

Team Challenges
We offer various activities for team building and teamwork skills development purposes. Learning new skills for working life can be fun too!

Gold Panning
The excitement of Lappish Gold Rush is still alive! Participants get to learn the art of gold panning and test their skills in an authentic gold stream – if they manage to find some golden nuggets, it’s finders, keepers…

Lumberjack Activities
A true detachment from the life in the office – a day or an evening as a lumberjack! Traditional outfits, themed dinner and practicing lumberjack’s tasks show what the hard work of the old times was all about.

Canoeing
Rivers and lakes of Lapland provide outstanding possibilities for watery adventures. One may go canoeing on their own if they are experienced enough or take part on some of our guided canoeing trips for beginners.

River Rafting
Shooting through rapids in a rubber raft is an exciting experience for everyone. Experienced guides and specially-built rubber rafts ensure safety for participants.

Riverboat Cruises
A cruise along river Kemijoki with traditional riverboats, lunch served from a special kitchen boat, maybe some live music too? A memorable experience in a floating restaurant, where everyone has a "window seat" in the open air.

Special Interest
There is always the possibility to add benchmarking or educational visits to local companies or venues of your special interest. For example wood and lumber industry has long traditions in Finland.

Accommodation
Hotels
The traditional hotel accommodation is available in all of our destinations. Finnish hotels rarely use the stars classification, but generally they match the level of 3–4 star hotels.

Ice Hotels
Hotels built of ice and snow are the specialty of Lapland. Temperature inside the hotel stays between 0…-5 degrees Celsius and the guests are equipped with high quality sleeping bags to keep them warm over night.

Glass Igloos
Glass igloos are built from special thermo glass, so the temperature inside the igloo is normal room temperature while outside it can be -30 degrees Celsius. Igloos are equipped with toilets to increase the comfortability of customers.

Superior Hotel Apartments
Facilities of a normal apartment in hotel settings, for example sauna, separate bedrooms, and kitchen. Suitable for those, who want amenities near activities.

Lodges
Lodges are world-class places for accommodating guests in VIP settings. They have typically 3–5 separate rooms for maximum of 15 persons to sleep in and dining facilities for several dozens of people.

Cabins
Cabins are often situated in cabin villages, but upon request it is also possible to book an isolated cabin in the middle of wilderness. Most of the cabins are equipped with e.g. kitchenette, bathroom, television and internet access.

Dinner venues
Themed dinners
Delicious food combined with entertaining atmosphere. Themed dinners include food, facilities, and staff’s dressing matched to the occasion, for example lumberjack’s party.

Log restaurants
Log restaurants are traditionally built log houses which have room even for larger groups. Some of the restaurant buildings have also an interesting history to tell...

Snow restaurants
Snow restaurants are, literally, restaurants made of snow and ice. In addition to the building itself, tables, benches and even some of the drinking glasses are made of ice. It may be -30 degrees centigrade outside, but inside the restaurant the temperature is constantly at comfortable -5.

Panoramic restaurants
Dinner with a view. Panoramic restaurants are often located on felltops or other high places and offer an unbelievable view over the surrounding nature.

Classic restaurants
For those not interested in other adventures than the delicious food, there is always a possibility to dine in one of the classic restaurants we have to offer.

Outdoor barbeque dinners
Arctic barbeque evening consists of relaxed atmosphere, tasty local food and good company. Plates are filled with e.g. salmon, reindeer and Lappish potatoes with other seasonal vegetables.

Conference venues
Conference Centers
Modern conference services can be found in majority of our locations. Conference centers offer meeting rooms of various sizes and auditoriums for bigger groups.

Auditoriums
Our auditoriums offer capacity for meetings of even 500 persons and are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In some auditoriums it is possible to bring big products like machines or cars into the room.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms of various sizes can be found all around Lapland, all equipped with modern conference technology.
